This collection contains the constitution and bylaws for the freshman class. It was written by Walter B. Harris while he was a preparatory student at the college. He never went on to attend as a freshman.

Biographical Information

Walter Barrett Harris (1885-1973) was born June 3rd, in Coleman, Maryland, to James Shepard Harris (1838-1920) and Margaret Grier Harris (1897-1970). He married Mary Harper (1884-1945). After attending Washington College as a preparatory student from 1901 to 1903, he worked as a farmer.
