This collection contains negatives and photographs taken by Alan at various Washington College events and in his capacity as a portrait photographer. The negatives are suffering from vinegar syndrome, a type of degradation common to the plastics used at that time. The negatives have been scanned and are available in digital format.

This collection contains a scrapbook kept by F. Stanley Porter during his time at Washington College. Most of the clippings are about the Football and Baseball teams, both of which Porter was a prominent player. There are also items from other clubs and events including Mount Vernon Literary Society, dances, and award ceremonies.

This collection contains correspondence from brothers Lawrence and W. Carlton Gorsuch. Lawrence’s materials deal mostly with his time at Washington College, while Carlton’s are mostly from his time with the Justice Department. There are also receipts, teaching certificates, and a program for a Bonfire at Washington College.

This collection contains a scrapbook created by Margaret from 1935, her freshman year to 1937. It includes clippings, dance cards, souvenirs from teas and dances, and her report card.

This collection contains minutes and correspondence, a ledger from 1945, and a report regarding the issues facing the Greek System in the 1960s.

This collection contains the minute books for the Y.M.C.A. from 1908 to 1919 and 1939 to 1943. The 1908 volume has some insect damage.
